White people really have been coasting on privilege and the lie of American exceptionalism. All of these corporations who moved manufacturing out of the country isn't China's fault. They offered cheap labor, companies saw it would give them a better profit, and Americans were left to deal with the scraps. It's not DEI, it's not undocumented immigrants, it's the greedy companies bribing politicians to not increase the minimum wage which hasn't kept up with inflation, keep offering subsidies and tax cuts being funded by tax payers, and the push to keep the population uneducated so they don't use critical thinking.

I've often described to people the difference between views on the criminal justice system as this.
Democrats believe no innocent man should be in jail and we tolerant if a few guilty get off because of this.
Republicans believe no guilty person can go free and it's acceptable if a few innocent are behind bars because of it.
The republican position is influenced by their feelings on blacks and crime.
