They at Luka head I wonder why now and not a year or two ago. He’s been this guy for 7 years but now they concerned after they made the Finals…then didn’t even give him a chance to fail after the finals push. Something just not clicking. I’m not tin foil hat man but something is off.

They could be looking at what my stupid ass Sixers did with extending Embiid and wanted to avoid it if he's not motivated to stay in shape. Some injuries occur as a result of not taking care of yourself to the fullest.

Team decided they didn't want to pay him all that money this summer

Pretty much. I used to think it was Mike Malone holding him back but then he went to other teams and the same shit there. Even had the old heads talk to him and they mentioned that he seemed like he didn’t give a shit about the game. He’s just existing.

Sad.

to be fair, a lot of regular people go to their regular jobs and just dial it in half assed too.

he is just there for a check

cant really hate on that

Maybe his dad wanted him to play and he's able to get by on straight pure talent alone and thats all it is for him.

I ain’t buying that because you gonna be paying it to someone. They’d pay it for Davis injury ass regardless. I think it’s bigger than that smh. They don’t seem to like him they are attacking him personally it seems.

Mavs bout to relocate to Las Vegas that's why. That's why you don't see Bron or anyone promoting him owning a team in Vegas anymore. He's trying to start a whole nother league now instead. Mavs will be gone in 5 years. That Jewish bitch don't give a fuck about that city.

Money is the only way this whole thing makes any sense, Luka is a franchise player, been the face of your team, took you to the Finals, one of the top 3 players in the league, the only reason they would trade him has to be about paying him that amount of money next year

I watched the Thunder vs. Grizz game last night everyone wanted flexed. It sucked. Thunder whooped their ass in Memphis. These TV networks ain't dumb...

But look at what you just said lol. The face of the team, franchise player, top 3…if you don’t want to pay him then you don’t want to pay nobody lol.

New ownership is about casinos in Texas and doesn't give a fuck about basketball or how star players act

That's money they could be giving politicians to get gambling in Texas

I told y'all this came from ownership and not some rogue GM. Black man was getting all the blame, knowing damn well he couldn't just do that. Luka drove ticket and jersey sales. AD isn't selling jerseys like Luka. No owner would lose millions and not care.

Harrison doesn't necessarily agree with the decision, that's why he called his friend to get the deal done instead of another team. He probably was complaining to Rob about them wanting to get rid of Luka. You wouldn't try to give a lemon to your friend of 20 years.

Get ready for the Las Vegas Mavericks....

This situation sound like OKC and Seattle...

NBA should have just awarded the Owners the Las Vegas Expansion Team and let Cuban keep the team or sell locally...

I thought Baldwin had potential. Liked him with the Warriors, was surprised he never got much playing time with the Wizards.

Wonder if this is it for him.

He was initially the 28th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors.
Over 91 career games, Baldwin Jr. has averages of 3.7 points and 2.0 rebounds per contest while shooting 40.1% from the field and 36.6% from the three-point range.
With the Warriors, he appeared in three NBA playoff games.
