He dropped me off at home and he didn’t get sick

Got on the flight I felt a very very slight cough on flight

Got home and took nap and woke up all congested

Besides the congestion I was ok till Saturday morning, body aches, runny nose

I tested pos, today I got up with yellow phlegm, cough more intense , tested pos again smh

Some bs, I bet them hoes got me sick, wife is like that’s what y’all get

I'm pretty sure I got that shit about 3 times. Got back from a trip to Europe in Feb 2020 just before shit really blew up and felt sick for weeeeks....usually I nip any cold in the bud immediately but this lingered on and on. wife felt the same way, it was before testing, vaccinations and all that but it wasn't no ordinary cold.

2022 tested positive after travelling from out west and had to quarantine in the guestroom for a week. first two days was fatigued AF,!!! could barely move . fasted and drank as much Ginger,garlic,turmeric tea as possible, Neo citron, zinc, soup 6-12 grams of Vitamin C...6-8000 iu's vitamin D. Tylenol cold and flu, Buckleys cough medicine...cold showers...etc. just threw the kitchen sink at it. got better in about 3 days....lung capacity was still diminished for another week or so though
