Splitting majority black districts, requiring more and more things like ID and certain ID to vote, making mail in voting difficult and byzantine. Much of it aimed at black folk and these dumb motherfuckers like @Soul On Ice and @xfactor are telling black people to NOT vote.

No it's not but you're a moron so I can understand why you think that. The issue isn't that you don't have an ID to vote the issue is that if you lost your ID they make it twice as hard for you to get a new one. On top of that they constantly wait till the last minute then they change what's eligible for you to vote with when it comes to your id. In some states you could vote if you showed your federal job id. They took that away. And other states you needed your driver's license but if you wanted to get a replacement license they closed most of the DMVs in Black areas and the ones that were still open would only renew your license every third Wednesday of the month.
