If she's convinced he needs to withdraw, she should put up her alternative(s) to him as the nominee as well as how that can be done logistically and funded.
None of that is difficult if it is Harris but it would be premature and counterproductive to get into details before Biden drops out.
And Biden will have a big say in what’s next because it his his call to endorse Harris or an open convention.

I think the people calling for him to drop out, don't know the chaos the party will experience if he does. The battle to replace him would be bruising and possibly bloody. It won't matter to a very large proportion of the party that Harris would be an easy choice. Lots of them just won't want her at the top of the ticket and will try to tear her down in ways the GOP will then replicate.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Unfortunately, Trump is the favorite in either scenario. If he wins, he will be term-limited. Other contenders— Whitmer, Shapiro, Newsome, Moore— are relatively new on the national stage and there is incentive for them not to jump into a 100 day contest against a former president and wait for a clean start in 2028 instead.
He already saw the polls and decided to stay. I doubt a few democrats will change his mind. The one who matters the most, Kamala, said she's riding with him so that's it. I want him to quit and fully support and introduce Kamala as his replacement but I don't think he'll do it. It has to come from him and not from public pressure of his own party.
It is going to keep getting worse, which is why I said 3 weeks.

I’ve had doubt. But I think, even though he and Kamala are both saying what they have to say right now, they both know things could change. I expect the polls to get even worse (especially in swing states), which will increase pressure on Biden to get out, and I think he will ultimately do that once enough pressure and shame are applied.

In order to have a viable third party, it needs to start somewhere and then gain momentum and a movement. Third parties don't fall out of the sky. lol. I don't have a crystal ball. However, in spite of what so many public figures will tell you, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that america is a sexist and racist country. If harris is at the top of the ticket, there are a significant number of dems that wont support her. They may make other excuses, but it will boil down to those. Furthermore, there will be even a larger number of independents that won't support her. That said perhaps she can pull off an obama. Prior to that debate I thought it was Joe's to loose. Now?

When Dems regain power after our voting hiatus, what's stopping them from not following through on the promises given to regain our vote? The US has no counterbalancing system in place for politicians. If they do not deliver on campaign promises, there is no way to force them to. Aside from threats to their power.
If the above happens, does the cycle begin again? Do we once again withhold our votes? Or is there a different strategy to ensure compliance by the chosen politician(s). Politicians lie a lot. Like a lot. And when you make people desperate by threatening their power, they usually find an alternative path to power. I'm sure you know that though.
Labor unions are typically made up of multiple demographics all working towards the same goal. Usually skill based. Not sure how that translates to a minority demographic in a mostly racist country looking for equality. But okay.
