As a father, I could never see myself bragging to millions about paying my last child support payment.
I love my kids and always been apart of their life and not missed one event, game or activities they have.
I would be worried about how my child would feel. Would he think he was just a burden or paycheck to me?
I do understand the relief for many of not having to shell out that kind of money but why brag to millions?

He did his part and paid support for 18 years 95% of which went to his baby mama’s personal needs. His Boy is now considered an adult and he can support him as he wants and not how a government agency tells him to.

It depends on the relationship you have with your child. I explained to my daughter around 10/11 that I paid child support for her to her mother after we had a summer camp payment issue. Where her mother didn't want to pay her have and I laid support plus half for the cost of camp but she wanted me to pay more than half because my wife and I had more income. I told her fuck no it crushed my daughter to not go but she heard her mom asking why I couldn't pay more.
Then when she visited I went through line by line my line-by-line and showed her PACHSUP line. She had already had some idea what it was.
Fast forward when she got her first checkk. She called me and said “pops they took chsup out my check”.we laughed.

True story: when my daughter turned 18, my ex wife stopped receiving payments, but the state was still garnishing my checks. She called me so i went to the courthouse to find out what was up. She was considered emancipated, so the money was going into an escrow account. After a whole lot of hoopla over the course of three months between my employer and the state, I was off the books and got the escrow money. Dudes in c/s office were dapping me up saying I'm finally free and congratulating me. Was crazy. Side note: in downtown Broward county, the child support office is right next door to the where you get married. Who ever did the floor plan for that shit had to do it as a joke. Should have taken a picture cause no one would believe it
Hell.....when my daughter turned 18, I was happy as hell that the child support order expired. It literally has NO bearing on the love I have for my kid. The only thing that changed was her mama don't get a check. She's never been without, and I can assure that child support had nothing to do about it.

Yes sir it’s designed to divide and destroy. Turning the parents against each other, now their’s no two parent household. The average single parent must work a lot of hours a week. To make ends meet, with that being said the parent is to exhausted to better their education.
On the woman side they two blinded by the free money. Spending it and not investing in the child future. Once it’s all over they don’t realize the judge don’t give a fuck about you or your kid.
