crazy that you get taxed twice for that shitI know a dude who won a mill on a scratch-off. He brought home about $480,000 after taxes. When he did his income taxes the following year he owed $60,000. Terrence Howard probably haven't been paying his taxes for a few years.
I totally agree. However, Snipes fucked up by hiding out overseas when the IRS wanted to talk to him and then he went to court and put on show from what I recall. Those two things pissed off the IRS and here we are. I don't think Snipes gave him any money to pay. The accountant filed fraudulent claims with made up deductions. I thought Snipes argument was he only went by what his accountant told him. Although, he's not wrong, the IRS won't let you use that as an excuse.Snipes shouldn't even have gone to jail or if he did it should have been for a lot less time. He didn't willfully not pay his taxes, the CPA/tax accountants that he used signed the fillings but didn't pay. Snipes gave them the $ to pay.
Honestly what I wanted to know. How they determine in who to lock up and don’t?I totally agree. I think anyone who dares tries to fight it, the IRS makes an example out them to scare everyone else into complianceHonestly what I wanted to know. How they determine in who to lock up and don’t?
Damn that’s crazy…..ain’t worth fighting especially when you owe it.I think anyone who dares tries to fight it, the IRS makes an example out them to scare everyone else into compliance

I'm pretty sure if Wesley was willing to work an agreement, he could have at least avoided jail time, and maybe knocked a few bucks off the total.Damn that’s crazy…..ain’t worth fighting especially when you owe it.
Here's a thought. now that Trump has been convicted of fraud, it would seem the IRS would have reason to investigate some of his tax returns over the years.and this mufucka Trump only paid $750 in taxes.....
But if they do "This is a witch hunt" "No one is treated more unfairly"Here's a thought. now that Trump has been convicted of fraud, it would seem the IRS would have reason to investigate some of his tax returns over the years.
Whether they do it or not is a different story.
Yeah a lot of people don't know this. When you win the lotto the next year you get HIT with taxes hard.I know a dude who won a mill on a scratch-off. He brought home about $480,000 after taxes. When he did his income taxes the following year he owed $60,000. Terrence Howard probably haven't been paying his taxes for a few years.
that's because a lot of people are really stupid. That is common knowledge to anyone with half a brain or at least the common sense to seek out a reputable tax firm.Yeah a lot of people don't know this. When you win the lotto the next year you get HIT with taxes hard.
So if you win 1 billion shit ends up looking like 300m when it is all said and done.
Maybe so but black shows get paid pennies in general. Based on numbers he was getting 10 times lower than those cacs. Think about that.Regardless Empire's initial ratings, Big Bang theory is probably killing it in syndication fees. Is Empire syndicated anywhere?
