Are you staying in house/villa? We were there in February and if you want to do it right, you need a 'concierge' who sets everything up and gets you everything you need. I think we paid him about $120 - 140 ish a day for his services i.e. transportation, grocery store runs, liquor runs, and of course, the whores and that's the important part because guys like him bring a sprinter van full of them to the crib around 5:00 - 6:00 pm and let you choose which ones you all want. So, by the later evening, all the bitches who are at the strip are all the ones who basically weren't chosen from the different concierge services running them around earlier that night.
