He's not even gonna get a slap on the wrist....just the publicity for the investigation. Don't know if he's full maga, but if he is, he'll get some new paying gigs at a lot of upcoming events....more $ if he rolls up in the general lee.

We literally saw the Trump administration go to the courts 3 years ago and ask for the courts to not certify the election.

Republican state Rep. Nico Rios of Williston was also charged with refusing to provide a chemical test. Both that and the drunken driving charge are misdemeanors under state law. Rios is scheduled for a Feb. 5 pretrial conference in municipal court.
Williston police pulled him over on Dec. 15 for failing to maintain his lane, according to an officer’s report. The officer wrote that Rios “was verbally abusive, homophobic, racially abusive and discriminatory” toward him “for the entire duration of the incident following road side testing.”

She's the surest I've seen so far in her confidence in Trump's leadership. She's sure as shit that only Trump can be president and no one else. I wonder if they can be re-educated to be positive members of society. They seem so far gone.
