All generation X have done with this legacy is house party. A completely unserious generation. When I was a kid in the 90's a man in his 50's(someone born in the 40's at this point) acting the way generation X has would simply be unheard of.

The search engine which our modern web was built around was built by Alan Emtage(Gen X'er) The most popular search engine, google, was founded by two Gen X'ers. You have this alone.

Millenials invented Facebook, which Generation X use to relive their wasted youths on every day.
Millenials gave the world Youtube which allows generation X to act like children well into their middle age, as shown in the topic of this thread.
Millenials created social platforms which have pushed even old segregationists like Biden to champion black people to the point of where his basic criteria for selection during the most recent supreme court picks were only BLACK WOMEN
and Im not trashing people directly, its just an indictment of the generation. You guys were raised in broken homes due to boomers caring about themselves more than their kids, embraced the "Slacker" lifestyle embodied by people like Bart, Kurt Cobain ect and it has become a defining trait of your generation. You allowed your hatred of yourself to become mainstream in your music, and we are all still feeling the effects of you turning your sisters and our mothers into bitches and hoes of the world. You guys allowed hatred to consume you, and when approached by the real world with police violence, and discrimination simply just wanted life to be house party......an unserious generation.
The biggest sadness of Affirmative Action being killed is not the people who gained opportunity from it(because honestly Generation X wasted it) but because the kids who will take it serious after learning from younger generations wont get to benefit from it now.
You know Gen Z says those same thing about you right? LOL.
That you didn't fix gun violence or the environment and now you just want to buy your house and live your best life while leaving the heavy lifting to them.
And Affirmative action is gone because millenials went Bernie or bust. Well, you see what bust looks like.
