You can pretty much ignore it, and it's the same basketball on Tuesday's and Friday's

It's funny hearing people trying to say....the players are playing harder like they got word from Adam Silver to promote it

Nobody is going to say we were the 2024 in season tournament champs....but we lost in the second round of the playoffs....that won't be a winning season

Why is it Tom Brady can complain about the NFL he was just playing in....NOW all of a sudden it's not a good product. So did you feel this way when you were playing? What about when you were winning? And how would you feel if Troy Aikman said that shit while you were playing and winning?

If an old basketball said that about the NBA....all these whiny KD and Draymond muthafuckas in the NBA would whine about the old players and how they talk about the sport.

Ok. This in-season tournament is legit. These games have been good as fuck. And the rule reducing load management is paying off.

Silvers is a bastard.

Teams are really playing hard to get in this tournament. I like it.

I'm honestly torn on the play in tournament. The games do seem more intense. I wouldn't say team are playing playoff basketball. More like the hard play you see in late March/early April when teams are kicking for playoff position.

That being said, the tournament doesn't fix the main problem with the regular season. It's still too damn long. You'd have to imagine that players going harder when they'd usually be at half speed, is going to lead to more injuries in the long term

I hate the NFL but they got one thing. More than any other major league in America. I wish Silver would study the NFL model of, 'Fuck the fans wants and needs!' Give em 18 weeks of regular season, 3 weeks of playoffs, then let them fiend for 7 months. Fuck em!

NFL fans be looking in methed out zombies by late July. Biting their nails come August.

Complete sidenote: I'm praying that these court designs don't bleed over into the playoffs. Watching that Laker game was annoying with that bright ass yellow court. Not feeling the red of my 2nd Rounders court either.
