And as far as puff paying. Why not. This is not some random chick making claims. This is his ex girlfriend that was with him for over 10 years. The money he paid he makes in interest with his money sitting in the bank.
In a settlement the plaintiff is the one that settles. Not the defendant. She had more to gain and settled for less. The defendant didn’t settle for less. It cost him less to pay her than a lawyer and court fees

8 to 30 mil? That sounded like a negotiation tactic. What does the paper work say she settled for. The claim was 30 mil. Not the settlement. If she got 30 mil it would be labels as rewarded not settled.

then the news came out they upped the price
also u cant release a statement that this is a shakedown only to settle in one day

Have you ever had a settlement. Settlements don’t double. It’s always the other way around.

If the claim was for 30 you might as well take it to trial if you’re gonna pay 30 anyway.

Nah then u might have misunderstood me. I said she asked for 8 the first go. Then when public with the 30. Obviously we both know how it works like u said. So I figured u would understand me. That I was talking about the 8.

Wasn't 8 million, her lawyer said she rejected 8 FIGURES the first go around, so at the base she turned probably down 10 million, requested 30 million and settled for 20 million
