The 49ers and Chargers go through it every year consistently. Hell the Chargers lost their starting QB cause the team doctor punctured his lung while giving him pain killers. Ekeler, Hunter Henry when he was there, Nick Bosa, Keenan, Mike Williams, etc. The Niners have similar misfortune year in and year out
