A top OC about 1 million.
To complete the staff probably another good 8 million for staff.
The problem I see is with the black conferences. Personally I think that HBCU’s need to dissolve those conferences and play other schools

I think you missed the point I was trying to make. It wasn‘t the amount of money per se, it was the accounting. Deion is not an idiot. You can’t squeeze blood from a stone, but he KNEW his popularity and presence could compensate so he structured the JS deal on tickets sales and merchandise to get that on the backend not on his upfront salary. They got funny with the ticket sales count to start, but were also too stubborn to take his advice on how to move the program forward so they could start playing games here and there with Power 5 teams outside the conference. Deion could still be at JS this year, but they fumbled the golden goose and cried foul when he left. He’s already mentioned these things.
