They say that is a saline injection. Which she more than likely did herself. She put out a similar video a few years back starting a go fund me and collected money. There is no police report because its a scam. Involving the police would create a legal situation where she would be investigated. Right now people are merely giving money to her based on viral content. Main reason she is focusing attack on the bystanders and not the fictional assailant. She knows black women will race to condemn black men and support her false statements without any evidence.
