Lucky Mutherfuckers-----------Not So Lucky Mutherfuckers!!!!!

This happened in Feb,

After an investigation the DA, (read Police) found no wrong doing by the officer. Said "the suspect created a no-win situation," no charges.

Family has a lawyer, lawsuit coming

I have yet to understand these situations. A traffic stop and you have the car and all of his info. He has to show up somewhere. Talk to the family they will ask him to turn himself in.

But chasing him in the street then tasing him in the middle of traffic is the best idea.

One of the red dit comments was allegedly from a from LEO and he stated just that. They had the car, they had his ID because they already had him out the car, so hopefully he gave it to them before that.........

Take that info send some units to his family/ his home and get him later.....

But to taser him on a busy street / highway at night......
That's why cops don't do high speed chases over misdemeanors, weigh the pros and cons, sometimes it's not worth the risk right now

That driver will forever be scarred
