Also, he said that like basketball isn’t an international sport. His only medal at the Olympics is bronze. There are multiple current NBA players with multiple Olympic gold medals. Also there are FIBA World Cup champs in the league
Noah in an attempt to extend his brand internationally shitted on his own people and a sports league with guys who've won gold medals for their country. It was selfish and unnecessary, most of the NBA players were happy for him winning, now they looking at him sideways. Hope it works out for him.

and nfl and nba players dont hold the right to that title in their NATIONAL championship games..

There are leagues in many countries. Philippines, China, Italy, Spain, Israel, Greece, France, and many more. The NBA champ is pretty much agreed to be the best team, they pay the most money and have the best players. BUT.......There are good players playing all over the world. Many are better than most NBA players. Be interesting to have a world tournament of teams. Even in Olympics and other national competition, it is getting very close.

Give us names of these basketball players playing internationally that are better than NBA players? Every foreign player of note is scouted and if they are talented enough almost always choose to play in the NBA for the salaries, notoriety, and access to the United States (richest country in the world). Ricky Rubio was one of the best Euro players and held out coming to the NBA for awhile. He finally came and he's just a guy in the league. The best players play in the States in the NBA. Noah is pandering to an international crowd that doesn't like "American exceptionalism", dissing his core audience to go after new fans.

Other teams would have to borrow back NBA players to try to compete with the NBA and why would an NBA player in their prime do that?People forget the only reason the olympics scores are closer is because the NBA talent goes back to their respective countries to play for the national team. Bar the NBA talent from returning home and we getting those dream team 92 scores back.
