Its that its very rare when a wealthy person cant hide their bad life choices or pin it on the maid,

like the hiltons did with cocaine bust, but thats another thread for another time..

so when it happens its like, Oh so yall make bad life choice decisions too...

then comes the discussion, and then comes the internet being the internet, jokes will ensue...

They tried and failed. Human existence is dependent on this very notion. We would’ve never left Africa if we didn’t try shit as human beings, win or lose.

RIP to these folks for at least trying. Hopefully the next try is better equipped and funded.

Unlike the Titanic they didn't get murked on their first trip.

They've done it before numerous times, this time it was just catastrophic and they experienced the loss of lives.

You're right, better equipped and better funded for the next try. If there is one.

Bruh you acting like they went to antartica and climbed over the ice walls..

what they did has been done before? and they werent even exploring anything,

just looking at a sunken ship on a moniter, I understand your point of sometimes taking risk

in life.. but this was nothing to take a risk for... its not like they went to venture out and explored places

in Antarctica or the Amazon where nobody has been before... to stare at a boat, nothing daring and

adventurous about that.. just a waste of money,

shouldve saved it and at least went to space, I heard they starting space trips this summer....

This is merely your opinion on what you consider adventurous or amazing.

To these folks, they felt different and that’s ok.

Some would say space isn’t adventurous or amazing.

They tried to go look at a failure and failed.

Seems pretty devolutionary.

Many people are fascinated by the Titanic, you and I aren't and that's understandable.

The movie made about it was one of the highest grossing movies ever so people are interested.

Im sure the majority of those with a brain would not find being locked up in a sardine can and dunked deep in the ocean just so you can look at a fuckin monitor is adventurous or amazing ..

Im saying even if they survived... Id be like you spent how much to do what??? bruh weatlhy people do fucked up shit..

there were rich folks that just want to kill wild game animals in cages... they paid big money, just

to kill elephants and tigers that are caged....

we dont know the half of what some of them do to fight their boredom bruh....

trust me it gets real sinister...

but I get what you are tryin to say,

to each their own... but sometimes the each they own,

is stupid fuckin life choice

Man...there are continuous reports coming out of previous reporters, explorers, and adventurers who NOPED the fuck out of going on the Titan due to safety concerns. Most of them backed out because of how janky the vessel looked.

This shit was a tragedy waiting to happen.

That's the issue I have with this whole endeavor, according to statements made from previous people who took that submersible out, they say It was plagued with problems from the start, and the problems have not been addressed by the manufacturer, loss of communication, steering and a host of other shit. They put a 30 page wavier in front of people to sign stating they are not responsible for any type of death incurred on the submersible, who In their right mind would get on that shit. :dunno:

Going to space has lead to countless major breakthroughs in tech, early civilizations exploring the ocean for greener pastures had a point. This was a bunch of bored rich people taking part in a vanity project that cost them their lives, and us a bunch of tax money.

Please don't compare actual explorers to these idiots :giggle:

Too much water pressure from the ocean caused an implosion. I know I would have completely lost it being trapped in there after just a few hours.I can't even or maybe don't want to imagine what they went through. RIP
Lucky for them they probably didn't have to go through any of that, one minute they where here, the next they where everywhere.

This.

I'm guessing there was no "black box" so we will never know what happened.
they are recovering the pieces - so we will know the point(s) of failure
