To convince someone on ur team to take the charge there has to be a substantial fee attached to it. Depending on the years that the charge merits and the way he speaks about being rich we talking 7 figures. If he's not willing to pay someone to take the charge and that they should do it cause we cool is bullshit.
I think he has to do up to a year, but he might get some time served
