In the history of the state only 8 other people have ever been expelled from state legislature positions. 6 right after the Civil War for refusing to vote to ratify the 14th Amendment, 1 for bribery and 1 for sexual misconduct. They ousted 2 yesterday because “they voted called for stricter gun laws”.
