You're assuming that census was accurate. Between folks hiding from any perceived threats (Trump's use of Ice snatching up anybody with questionable paperwork and begging people to snitch on any alleged illegals) and Trump actually fucking up the collection of data (cutting the process short when we were dealing with COVID), the 2020 Census will probably be one of the most inaccurate Census in modern times.
There are still white-majority public elementary/middle schools in the city. Don't know how many of them are Jewish though.
