James Gunn wants to have a younger Superman and Batman (Affleck is out as well). Jason Momoa is also out as Aquaman, but there are reports that he's going to come back as Lobo.
I got a feeling Cavill and Gadot will be back.
Gunn wants a younger Superman and Batman, but I think he's going with Jonathan Kent and Damian Wayne, leaving the door open for Cavill/Affleck/Gadot to return.
Basically, make people think Cavill is out but surprising us all when he comes back for real.
It was said The Flash will change everything with the DCEU, I can see them using it to reboot/reset it.
Supergirl in this will stand in for Superman, but I have a feeling we'll see Cavill Superman in Flash someway.

Technically the Batman is not a dc universe film.. it’s like the joker movie an offset film series that uses a dc character but it’s not part of the dc universe timeline /family tree
