Just means Rikishi is going to show up. Don't expect The Rock to show up.
Everyone will be on edge thinking Rock but Rikishi shows up... ceremony will take place and just before the end of Raw.... "IF YOU SMELL!!! WHAT THE ROCK! IS COOKING!!!" Enormous pop...The music drops, Rock makes his way to the ring, everyone in the ring clears, leaving Reigns. Rock in the ring, hits the Rock pose in the four corners, Rock is acknowledging the audience but not Roman....

Roman spears the People's Champion. Raw goes off the air.....

WrestleMania match made.

What has she done exactly that has "rubbed you the wrong way"?

Firstly not putting over younger talent like Deonna Purrazzo or Jordynne Grace. Mickie getting another Impact Knockouts Championship reign in 2023 is a waste of time. Push and put over the younger talent. People can say well she'll take the belt to the Royal Rumble again and try to garner publicity for Impact. Nobody cares about Impact. It didn't work last year and it won't work this time. You want to be in the Royal Rumble fine but you don't need to be the Impact Knockouts Champion to do it. People will also make the argument well this is her last hurrah one more Championship run. Meh, don't need it especially at the expense of your younger pillars of the division.

Another thing that soured me was her carrying on like Mercedes was the only woman at Wrestle Kingdom 17 completely disrespecting Tam Nakano & KAIRI who actually had a match on the show. Mickie talks about women's empowerment and being supportive of women but seems selective about it.

Also, her wrestling in AEW would be the last thing I would want to see because she would soon make it about her. Her coming in and burying someone like Jamie Hayter would make me throw up.

Lolz can't name another woman on Impacts roster..

Nobody (general audiences, before you move goal posts) cares about either. Sasha is the star and rightfully received publicity, even if her promo and delivery of her move on Kairi was wack.

I agree to an extent. New Japan's main eventer matches are better than AEW but AEW has better mid card to lower card matches. Also AEW has a fresher main event scene then New Japan. New Japan has pretty much exhausted there main event matches to the point you're starting to see the same matches over and over again. They need new stars. Once Jay White, Kota Ibushi and eventually Will Ospreay leave they'll really be in trouble.

You don't watch Impact so logically how would you know another woman on the roster? You have to actually watch the product to know who's who. The only reason why you know who Mickie James is because she use to wrestle in WWE.

Doesn't matter if they're not as popular as Mercedes (in the States) they're WOMEN and if Mickie is all about women's empowerment then she should've shown those two women the same respect.

Never heard this. If what Mark Henry is saying is true (towards the end), Ahmed Johnson was a real piece of shit.

This is how they set the stage for Wrestlemania Some sort of Tribal Challenge where the family is split and have to choose sides. Of course the Rock loses he's a half breed and not a direct decendant of Peter Mavia but instead he is the only member from the Sister's bloodline

If the The Rock shows up Monday, no way he shows up again in 5 days at the Royal Rumble. With your scenario, he doesn't need to be in the Rumble but then Roman would have to pull double duty at Wrestlemania. Rumble winner Night 1, loses the WWE Championship. Night 2, beats The Rock.

I would defend Impact by saying that Mickie (from her time in WWE) is the most famous and recognizable female (and possibly overall, male or female) talent on the roster. Impact needs as many eyeballs, outside of the small fan base they have, as they can muster.
Even if only a handful more people start watching Impact because of her, that's something for them.
Those no-names you just mentioned won't pull in a single additional viewer.

Night 1 is a war between the Rock and Roman. A weakend Roman loses to Cody Rhodes this sets up the re-match at Summer Slam

I don't expect Rock to be in the Rumble.

Roman will pull double duty. Night one versus Cody. Night two, versus the Rock.

Nope. Don’t forget bubba ray!

I think they messed up announcing Cody’s return early. Granted, he will get a pop either way but the wwe shows over the last few years (save for wrestle mania) the shows have been lackluster. We didn’t even get a year of a Vince free wwe for a year before his return. I’m gonna keep the rumble on but just for ocasional looks. Other than Cody, what’s the surprise? We know they are going to bring back some old stars (especially for the women’s rumble) and between bray and Cody, that’s all the excitement I see.

Did they announce he's coming back? I haven't watched WWE TV in weeks.

Yeah, that's dumb. Why spoil it?

That’s exactly what I thought. They ran like a 5 minute promo of Cody during raw and documented his return to wwe, his injury and his road back. Nothing too crazy right? But then his last words were that he’s coming to the rumble. I was like, “what”. And then it cut back to the announcers who all started goin wild. I mean im happy for him but it just seems odd that they would do that. I think most of us can pretty much guess the outcomes for most of these matches so why they would rush an obvious return is dumb. He was gonna come back at mania anyway. So guess it don’t matter.

I agree.
I was at the Royal Rumble 3 years ago when Edge returned. That was a massive pop. Maybe the loudest I've ever heard.
I'm also going to this year's Rumble and it would have been a huge pop to have Cody returning as a surprise.
They should have kept it a secret and have people speculate if he will be back.

Completely agree. Edge had a massive pop. His emotions on his face was completely real too. Unless he was faking tears. Felt really good to see him back. Only other pop that was on par was bray’s return.

Am I the only one that thought they were gonna say: 'I SMELL PUSSY!!!' When the Judgement Day was sniffing?

HHH just saying fcuk it since Vince is coming back! Wishful thinking

Night 1 is a war between the Rock and Roman. A weakend Roman loses to Cody Rhodes this sets up the re-match at Summer Slam

The biggest superstar in Hollywood isn't going to be in a war. Cody vs Roman will be a war with Cody winning and Roman being severely diminished and still having to wrestle the next night. Roman is gonna carry The Rock and because Roman just fought, The Rock will dominate the majority of their stiff match. The Rock isn't taking any real bumps. Roman will get a spear on him for the win but the The Rock isn't gonna sell like he did for Stone Cold.

but the The Rock isn't gonna sell like he did for Stone Cold.

That motherfcuker can't sell like he used to! One he's 50! B, he's 3 times the size he was back then. He'll snap his neck doing that shyt!

So are they gonna set this up at RAW XXX with the Rock not acknowledging Roman?
