He's a money guy, of course he's for individualism.

"A community of fifty people only needs two or three hammers, a neighborhood of fifty separate family units needs fifty hammers. More units more profit "

I agree with his general idea, but a lot of it depends on where and how you live.

If you live in a major city and your child has just completed a BA a 6-month exit strategy sets them up to fail. On the other hand, if you live in the middle of nowhere and your child just earned their CPA the sooner they get out the better!

My brother is 43 years old and never left the nest. A couple years ago I told him about his punk ass self and he wrote me a 28 page fuck you letter that I still haven't read

He called me a disappointment. Said he doesn't know what my mother did deserve a vile piece of shit like you as a son. He also said our mother will never live in a nursing home

I sent him a text and said, okay, she may need you at 72 years old, but did she need your ass when she was 55? Failure to launch ass

I'm the only one of the kids who left the house and stayed gone. I don't even fuck with either one now

When I graduated high school in the D in 1991 we had a class of 250+ all with exit goals i can count on one hand those I know whose plans didn't go well on the 1st round but made it on the 2nd go, even the pregnant girls made it my oldest daughters mom being one of them. Things are way different now cause alot of these kids aren't motivated anymore but be on social media all day long, three of my grandkids that graduated and hit the ground running all three secured great paying jobs bought their own homes.
