and all Trump had to do was just give the DoJ all the documents back when they asked in January and not have his lawyers give an affidavit saying that they gave everything when they didn’t.
Like I hear the issues that people have and damn trump has escaped a lot of shit…
but because he has the worst lawyers that I have ever seen when it comes to client control and being “ you know … actual lawyers”…
trump is in some smoke that he can’t escape from… and he is doing this against the fucking DOJ…

it’s not the DOJ lawyers get extra money for the work they are doing.. they are on salary. they aren’t getting additional attorney fees for all of this shit.

my issue with these Rule 41 issues are that they should be brought up before the court that issued the search warrant.
trump motion is civil in nature…
but according to his teams letter that they sent to Dearie they seem to want to argue Rule 41 issues before Cannon.
