1) he has no executive privilege, that shit is like a TS clearance, when you live its over
2) None of the documents are his, they belong to the government, and each and everyone gets turned over to the NARA once they leave office.

I can buy this in one distinct scenario: Trump plans to go scorched earth, much like Alex Jones did. He'll try and turn any proceeding into a farce, and treat a courtroom as if he doesn't respect its authority. It'll play great with his base, which he cares about more than contempt or any other issues it might bring up.

This is treason and in the early days of America they would have killed him right there in front of the White House. Trump supporters are running out of excuses and Fox News is beginning to move on

Do you really get the sense from Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson that they're moving on?

I saw this a lot in retail, and managers would hire the hot people instead of hiring qualified people, and then the internal shoplifting would start happening and the manager is like "what the hey? how could this hot person not do a great job?".
