the firm, because professionals dont make

"accidents" like that that fuck up their clients case

and not be liable for it...

bruh Id love to be the hawk flying by his window,

when he talkin to his lawyers on the phone,

I dont give a fuck what he sayin, just to see that muthafucka

turn more beet red then he did in court room, about to implode,

would be priceless..

but there is no fuckin way his lawyers accidentally sent that shit...

somebody was sending alex jones a message...

they talked to them lawyers and deal was done...there is no

way they are gonna let alex jones win this....

Aren't lawyers supposed to share information with opposing counsel?

The prosecution is supposed to share information to the defense so there is no “Gotcha” moments.

The defense isn’t required to present anything to the prosecution. Doesn’t make sense if the defense presented information to the prosecution that can be used against your defendant.

Yes but sharing personal text messages aren't part of discovery lol.

I'm confused. Wouldn't the prosecution have a right to ask (subpoena) any text messages related to Sandy Hook?
