Netflix: Resident Evil (discussion thread)

Such a clueless director. His excuse that he'd have more freedom with Alice than Claire or Jill is trash.

When he introduced those characters all they did was become Alice's sidekicks.

What was the excuse for using beloved characters like ineffectual cheerleaders?

The original game was the first to scare the shit out of me. that long hallway...but truthfully I never liked the controls.the movies were hit or miss.michelle rodriguez and mila jovavich kept me coming back.

What had happened wuz.....
He made the first movie.
Mila put the pussy on his nerd ass.
He never had model pussy before, so he married her.
He then made the movies all about Alice because she was his wife.
She got a movie maker for a husband - which is a model-turned-actress's dream; we got a slew of shitty Resident Evil movies that were Resident Evil in-name-only.

I know why it was the Alice Chronicles: Resident Evil. I just don't know why he's pretending it had anything to do with not taking "liberties" with the license.
