I have no problem trading those guys. Just not for no WB and first round draft pick down the road. he hornets haven’t had a star player drafted in a while.
The window for Melo staying is very short before big markets starts looking a little more enticing to him.
Sure, trade Hayward and Terry, but not for WB and a pick 5 years down the road.
Hornets need to win now. They are expected to be in the playoffs next year. Two failed play-in games got JB fired and they’ve got better each season.

Before we get to Ball, Bridges needs to be extended as well. Once we get past the coach (praying it's not 'D'Antoni) and the draft, need to get bridges signed..then focus on Ball...also need to get a big man in here..really like the young players in Bouknight(needs to bulk up) and Kai Jones, and I think we need to get a coach in here that will grow with the team..not an old man on his last leg...i will be so disappointed D'Antoni is hired because you had a good young coach in Borreago and the team was getting better every year (even though not in the playoffs).
