Another AT&T promo...Trade in damn near any phone, even a Galaxy S2, & get $800 off a new Galaxy S22 !!!

Gonna hop on that right now.
I been rocking a note 8 for years now lol

The Galaxy S22 might be a little small for you
But the Galaxy S22 Ultra, is similar in size to your Note 8
Plus the Galaxy S22 Ultra has an S-pen
I believe the price for the Galaxy S22 Ultra starts at $1,000
But double check with AT&T for all of the full details

Man only a fool would take this deal...

small print: 36-month installment agreement. If service cancelled, remaining device cost balance is due.

Huh ???
Fam they are giving you a $800 credit towards a new Samsung Galaxy phone
They are spreading the credit out over multiple years, but its still a free $800 phone
They are doing it that way so someone doesn't get the new phone, then turns around & sells it tomorrow

This is the same exact promotional deal they offered a few months ago
Only difference now is, they don't even care if the screen is cracked

And you don't even need to give them your Note 8
Since they don't care how old your older phone is
Just get some shit from the back of your dresser drawer, LOL
Doesn't matter if its a Note 1-6
Hell even the fireball Note 7
Doesn't even matter how beat up it is, or if it has a cracked screen
And then just keep your Note 8 as a backup

I understand that, but 36 months locked. Let's say you're 26 months into the contract and you want to switch services. How much do you think you will owe if you cancel?
I learnt from a guy on this board about 8 years ago on the BOGO free gimmick.

Yeah I feel what you're saying fam
But what about this scenario:
Lets say you don't like that deal, cool no problem
And 2 years from now you switch services (you're not locked into a contract right now)
Cool you don't have to pay to break away from a contract, BUT...
Don't you now have to pay full price for the new carriers phone?
These flagship phones now a days are like almost $1200
So unfortunately you might be paying either on the front end, or the back end :dunno:

ATt...just got me....in the beginning and the end....won't be a third time... Verizon for the win... brah

Damn I was about to do the crazy flip shit than ole boy showed the fine print about you have to get an att contract..plans done
And to get out of most of those contracts, you have to pay the full price of the phone, even if you have had it for 18 months. It’s like if you get a buy one get one free phone, to cancel the contract, you have to pay the full price of the free phone even if you had it for 20 months and the contract expires in four months.

But the fine print for THIS promotional deal does not say that.

Traded in my S8 a few weeks ago for the S22 Ultra
$800 credit
Ive been with AT&T for years and have no plans to go elsewhere so the 36 month contract didnt deter me.

full disclosure: Im an employee so I do get a discount on my services.
