I just don't know anymore...many black men would rather wallow in shit than make something of themselves/ My daughter goes to Howard where the ratio is 12 to 1, black men aren't going to college. Even though college isn't the end all path to success, speaking with people in Civil service jobs and places like Con Ed, they are not passing the drug test or scoring poorly on aptitude assessments.
