Many of these girls are VERY ambitious and there is a stark difference between them and the young men.

I converse with my students to see where their head is at and these young women are really shooting high. I’m not saying the young men isn’t, but not at the same rate as the women.

Now, how that translate into adulthood is a different thing. These same young women are going to become career women and we know how that can pan out later in life if there didn’t settle when they were younger.
