Thoughts on Dynamite ...

CM Punk/ Max Castor: Yo, listen, yo. I loved Max's pre match rhyme.

"I'm like Will Smith, I'll slap you if you're smiling but it looks like you hit more rocks than Hunter Biden. With your messed up teeth, your moves are the only way I'll ever go to sleep. You're not the voice of the voiceless the ladies say you're the voice of the moistless."

Tony Schiavone said he was wondering how long before we would get a Will Smith reference and it didn't take long. As for the match itself it was a decent opener. Main story here is what happened post match as Punk has officially made it clear that he's going after the World strap. I guess they're doing Cole/Page II at "Battle Of The Belts" April 15th so that mean we'll get Punk/Page at "Double Or Nothing (May 29th). I then think Page has to drop the belt there. Putting the belt on Punk would actually make sense story wise because then you can have MJF take the belt off of Punk when the time is right.

Jon Moxley/Jay Lethal: Banger match however Lethal continues to lose against quality opponents. Guevara, Starks, Cole and now Moxley. My theory at this point is perhaps Tony is afraid to push him because of blowback from the past sexual allegations. Perhaps it's best they send Lethal back to ROH.

FTR/Gunn Club: The only thing I like about the Gunn Club is their theme music. I don't think they'll ever develop into being anything more than boring wrestlers and doing second rate DX shtick doesn't mean you're charismatic. Match was meh. The best thing about this was the stuff with Wardlow trying to get to MJF but being held back by security.

Jericho Appreciation Society Segment: I can't stand this shit. This whole sports entertainment gimmick that Jericho and company are doing makes me want to throw up.

Jade segment: So it looks like Marina Shafir
will be Jade's next opponent for her 30th win. What's also notable is Jade is getting a lot better on the mic. She's starting to sound more natural.

Wheeler Yuta/Bryan Danielson: Fantastic hard hitting match. Really love what they're doing with Yuta. He's gotten over just by association with the "Blackpool Combat Club" and it's a great thing to see. Interested to see what's next in the Moxley/Danielson storyline.

Undisputed Elite segment: Meh, this whole Adam Cole nonsense is really dragging down Hangman's reign. The world champion has become an after thought which is unfortunate because Hangman's been having some great matches. Maybe when he gets around to doing the story with Punk we get something better.

Thunder Rosa segment: The Women's World Champ finally gets a chance to talk after the backlash Tony received last week. I still don't give a damn about this Nyla Rose feud though.

Bunny/Toni Storm: Yawn! I was hoping for Athena not Toni Storm. Toni is a looker but her in-ring work is average. Her ass will be on AEW Dark with Ruby Soho in a month. Crowd was dead for this match.

Andrade/Darby Allin: Solid main event. This did a really good job of re-establishing Andrade as a player. Darby bumped like crazy for him. Glad Andrade got the win as he needed it for credibility purposes.

Overall this was a better show than the last two weeks. I'm looking forward to "Rampage" as it looks like a better card.

I probably won't be giving my thoughts on the Rampage and Ring of Honor SuperCard show until tomorrow. I also plan to give my thoughts on WrestleMania nights one and two when that concludes. I promise I'll be fair and objective about it.
