Following the end of the Kansas City Chiefs season, Patrick Mahomes had a sit-down meeting with his family, who have sort of become distraction for Mahomes for their antics during games and according to Rich Ohrnberger of FOX Sports Radio, the meeting concluded with all parties agreeing that Mahomes’ fiancé and brother won’t be attending any games this upcoming season.
According to Ohrnberger, Mahomes believe that Jackson and Brittany’s sidelines antics, which have included throwing water at fans in Baltimore, dancing on a mural for Sean Taylor and spraying champagne on Chiefs fans have not just been a distraction but also have impacted Mahomes’ brand negatively.
Ohrnberger does note that things could change but one thing is for certain, we will se a much more toned down Mahomes’ family.

There were reports that Rams head coach Sean McVay, despite his young age, could step away from coaching if Los Angeles won the Super Bowl, to which of course they did.
Despite McVay denying those reports on multiple occasions, the allure of making double what he’s making currently may change some things.
According to Bleacher Report, the 36-year old could be offered up to $15 million annually. McVay currently makes $8.5 a year as head coach.
The trend of networks going off coaches and retired QBs has been hot in recent years following the success of Tony Romo calling games, and McVay would surely bring a similar energy and that ever so sought-after innate football IQ to any telecast.
McVay is under contract with the Rams through the 2023 season, so it's not unrealistic to think he'll coach through the remainder of his current deal before coming to the decision to retire.
The 36-year-old also has a highly impressive record as head coach of the Rams, going 55-26 in five seasons, including two Super Bowl appearances in the last four years.
When he officially decides to retire, there's no doubt a broadcasting job will be there waiting for him, but for now, it certainly seems like he's dedicated to running it back with Matthew Stafford and Co. in 2022.
This is pretty big for the XFL and their sustainability....
Damn ostrich neck bastard
