The New York Giants are a huge mess and a lot of the blame falls on the shoulders of the team’s general manager Dave Gettleman.
Following the team’s embarrassing 29-6 loss to the Chicago Bears, a former Giants tight end — Scott Simonson — ripped Gettleman for not only being a terrible general manager but an awful person:
“Dave Gettleman is an atrocious GM and not a good person IMO. The face he’s bad this much time to be good at his job, while deciding others’ fates, and indenting one of the most historically respected franchises is embarrassing, and also a strong example of karma existing,” Simonson tweeted.
The undrafted tight end up out of Assumption University in Worceshter, Mass. spent two seasons with the New York Giants from 2018 to 2019.
