A losing franchise regularly has under .500 seasons or cellar dwellars in their division and conference.
Tampa Bay has won 2 SBs, but traditionally, they are viewed as a losing or failed franchised with a few good seasons. They are a good team now, but it ends when Brady retires. They are already old.
Winning a SB or SB's, does not make you a winning franchise, you gotta consistently compete or have winning records.
Giants had losing seasons from 1964 to 1980, and losing seasons the last 5 seasons in a row. A losing season is being under .500, not making or winning the SB is not considered a losing season.
Winning a SB does fix a failed franchise overnight

Dissing the Cowboys or any other team, is not helping the VaGiants. As of TODAY, the Giants are in the same class as the Jets, Lions, and Jaguars, I do not give a fuck what they did since 2000, they have 5 losing seasons in a row, including THIS SEASON.
If you want to to have conversations with the current competing teams fanbase, get a new team, or shut up and watch, stop player hating from the sidelines.

In the first quarter of Saturday’s 24-22 win over the Cleveland Browns at Lambeau Field, Allen Lazard had the honor of catching the Green Bay Packers quarterback’s franchise-record-setting 443rd career touchdown pass.
The NFL had a special sticker on the balls to note the record. However, the ball had a major error on it as the sticker said 433 instead of 443.
