Official 2025 NFL Discussion preseason edition!!!

I agree, if Steelers make the playoffs and he breaks the sack record. But I think Parsons has a bigger impact because he gets almost twice as many tackles as Watt and his coverage is better. If Diggs gets 2 or 3 more int's, gotta put him in the top 2 or 3.

I know. You're looking out for the best interests of the Cowboys. I ain't mad at cha. :giggle:

Crazy thing is, Dallas is built better for cold weather than GB. Cowboys don't and never had a homefield advantage. They have a better chance of beating GB in bad weather, than in clear weather or on artificial turf. That's why teams always feel very comfortable playing in Dallas in big games.

Cowboys have always been a better road team.

I can't argue there. Compared to a lot of our previous personnel, our linesmen are undersized. That's what makes the WI Badgers the Badgers...big stout linesmen.

Steelers losing every game he has missed or has not finished increases his value and chance for that award.

Trey Lance has and is better and I'm just bringing this to the main thread what I've been saying in the niner thread all year.

This team probably has 2 losses at most if the QB was decent
the defense cant be expected to shut people out and keep people from scoring when you tossing turnovers

the FB was wide open on a wheel route that would have put us up 14-0 and he threw it out of bounds

kittle was never open in the end zone and tossed it to him which minimum would've been 10-0

this is how you turn 21-0 into 10-0 and waste a defense that only gave up 55 yards in a half

titans come out and score a 3 which is fine nobody gets shut out
you come out and if its 21-3 score something making it 24-3 or 28-3 while running the clock the game is pretty much over

instead, you throw an int in your own territory ensuring the score is 10-10

this is how you lose games because of 1 person

Following the 49ers 20-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football, 49ers GM John Lynch [accidentally] liked a tweet suggesting the team leave Jimmy Garoppolo in Nashville.

Lynch clarified his remarks, saying it was a mistake on his part, and the like was an accident.

“Never intended to [like the tweet] and remain a huge believer in Jimmy,” Lynch wrote:

That’s one way to create some chatter about the team’s polarizing quarterback. Garoppolo had been having a solid past couple of months. Of course, that stalled at Nissan Stadium on Thursday night. The starting quarterback completed 26-of-35 passes for 322 yards and a touchdown but threw two costly interceptions in the 20-17 defeat.

San Francisco remains in the NFC playoff picture and is currently in the sixth seed spot with two games remaining. Next week, the Niners will prepare to host the Houston Texans and then close out the regular season on the road against the Los Angeles Rams.

Yes, but the rivalry really just picked back up when they swept a Dakless Cowboys team last season. They got a little cocky after winning the Division title last year. They had been humbled by them for many years.

except 2005 (sweep), 2012 (sweep)2018 (beat Dak).....just fuckin' with ya....i get your point. Cowboys usually have had the better teams over the years.

accidentally my ass. these CACs can't help themselves.

Christmas for a rookie

Cam Heyward is a true leader in every sense of the word. From the Post Gazette:

Najee Harris has already developed a reputation for being a Grinch at Steelers headquarters this holiday season. Teammate and defensive captain Cam Heyward has bestowed that nickname on the first-round pick, and when he found out Harris didn’t have any decorations up at his apartment, Heyward took matters into his own hands.

“They call me the Grinch around here,” Harris said with a grin after practice Friday. “Just because I don’t have any spirit. He bought me a Christmas tree.”

Heyward brought the miniature tree to the practice facility, firmly instructed Harris to go home and put it up, and send him a photo for proof of good cheer.

It's the little things on a team that goes a long way. Cam is always thinking of someone else on and off the field. Really good dude.
