Canelo Alvarez vs Gennadiy Golovkin 3

Plus Floyd was nowhere near his prime against Canelo. Shows you how great he was
The man wants a Floyd who was already too small at 154 to fight Canelo at 168 when he is retired and old as fuck...these people want to see Floyd get beat up so bad....shit, might as well throw Floyd in there with Wilder or Fury

Yes he would; on points. You can’t hit Floyd. His elusiveness will be there, plus he never had power. Floyd is the only fighter to frustrate Canelo to the point of the throwing out his game plan. Floyd is too quick and will steal rounds. Plus the catch weight kills Canelo before he steps in the ring.
You may be right you can't deny Floyd elusiveness dude has shown time and time boxers being frustrated by it but I still would want to see him match up with Canelo in a 2nd fight.

Would have been a good fight but Charlo don't want it...I understand why but he shouldn't have talked about dude....Benavidez is right that the winner of a fight between him and Charlo would be first in line to fight Canelo
Agree. Then you have GGG who rightfully deserves another shot. Maybe GGG vs. Charlo?

GGG got screwed over to an extent in his career...the WBC allowed Canelo to avoid GGG as he waited for GGG to show signs of slippage...GGG probably should have won their first fight and he lost the second...at this stage I actually think GGG is done and Charlo should be able to beat him...Canelo will knock GGG out if they fight again

Canelo left the middleweight division and just unified at 168...beating Benavidez would have been a way for Charlo to make a statement at 168 and put himself in line to fight Canelo....at this point, Canelo has seemingly moved on from Charlo, GGG, Andrade etc...I don't know if he can go back down to 160 at his age...I really dont have a clue what Canelo's next move is

I agree with those who think Charlo and Andrade should have fought each other instead of both holding out hoping Canelo picks them...the winner of that fight would have been able to more effectively pressure Canelo when he was at 160

Bro - great point... It's too many "only watch big fights" people in here... Floyd is a natural Welterweight, he had to size up just to fight Canelo at light middle, which I think was the catch weight... Canelo could really be a light heavy... A rematch would make no logical sense at all... And when they fought, Canelo was no duck... I remember telling my dawg when that fight was made if there's one fight Floyd could lose it'll be this one... I was wrong - that man went out there and made an 'A' fighter look average...

Canelo was 154 champion I believe and the catchweight was 152....people just wanna see Floyd get his ass kicked...remember how they wanted Floyd to fight GGG?

Floyd beat Canelo already and if they wanna talk pound for pound, prime vs prime then the Caleb Plant fight should show them that Floyd would beat him there too...Plant was using Floyd's gameplan and he is not as good as Floyd pound for pound....imagine the Pretty Boy version of Floyd scaled up to 168...or imagine Caleb Plant with enough power to keep Canelo honest

They should just enjoy Canelo while they have him...Floyd retired undefeated and there is nothing they can do about it

Right... BHop was on the downhill when Jermain Taylor whooped his ass and took his belts
Don't do Taylor like that. BHOP had beat Oscar a year before losing to Taylor (twice) and went on to beat (Tarver who just koed Roy Jones) and Pavlik (who beat Taylor twice). Taylor just had Bhop's number, just like Pavlik had Taylor's number.

Mann the Pretty Boy version was offensive as hell... If it wasn't for his hands breaking, he would've have way more KOs on his record... Fav fight of that era is him vs Chico(r.i.p)

Regarding Hopkins vs Taylor, Jermain beat the man with mostly just his jab... BHop tried to win with his headbutts... I respect BHop skillset, but I was never a big fan mostly because of his headbutts - but he was slick with the tactic and that takes skill in itself... Pavlik got helped that 1st fight vs Jermain, but clearly won the 2nd one... I think that fight took a lot out of Jermain - he was my fav fighter during that time...

How did Pavlik get help the first fight? In both fights Pavlik almost knocked Taylor out. I agree after the Pavlik fight Taylor was never the same and I believe he went through some mental issues. It was a shame because he was on his way.
