If they add an 18th game, the PA really needs to look into expanding the rosters and adding another bye
ABSOLUTELY

It’s going to be a little difficult for him to come back from the injury

Its non throwing shoulder and I've torn the labrum in my shoulder before. After surgery the recovery is not very hard. They anchor the labrum back into place and debridge the frayed pieces. Rehab is simple, doctors won't let you push too hard soon to protect their work.

Now dealing with the injury is different, especially when it comes to sleeping or dealing with sports or simple movements since strength goes away and pain gets worse.

The problem with that injury you don’t fully recover from even after surgery this is going to put a lot of pressure on Baker Mayfield and his contract negotiations with Cleveland….Right now Cleveland is very happy they didn’t give him an extension last year.

Dude you have no clue.

I had the surgery over 15 years ago and my shoulder is fine.

His injury is in the non throwing shoulder. The labrum is just a big cup of cartilage that fits in the socket of the joint.

Drew Brees had a complete tear and displacement of the labrum in his THROWING shoulder and came back to have a hall of fame career

When it comes to non throwing the biggest part of the injury is pain management, weakness and irritation of the nerves. Mines got so bad at one point that i lost 75% of the grip strength in my hand, but regained all of it after the surgery.

A torn rotor cuff is more serious injury when it comes to performance.
