Where are you meeting them? I can't say I meet women on a regular, but the ones I come across and talk about relationship type shyt with, the majority of them aren't birds. No diss, but maybe it's the broads you attract or how you carry yourself.
These aren't birds either, but they're either not honest with themselves or don't know what they want... they may articulate it differently but my discernment deciphers it.
I met a good one in "At Home" (its a home good store), we went for drinks after.. and talked, but she wasn't wanting to purposely pursue a relationship, she just wanted to get to know each other & hang out. I told her I don't need no new friends, I'm intentional.. if we're getting to know each other it needs to be with the intention of being in a relationship. She was 37, no kids, fine as fuck. I asked if her interest level in me had declined, she was adamant that she was still very interested.
She had the expectation that when she was ready to pursue a relationship that she would just go get someone like they would be sitting on a shelf like stuff at a grocery store.
This is just one example of a woman not knowing how to get from A to B. "Just hanging out & getting to know each other" takes time and energy that needs to be directed in the right place for me and what I want for my life.

Honestly we can go tit for tat on broads that we have met that are good versus bad. Both Lower and Middle class. These are women that realized their worth and found someone that they can build with. If the KS crowd were a majority, black families would be extinct.
