NXT has had consistently one of the best divisions in wrestling, it's women's division for a long time now. Smackdown's women's division if small but solid. Raw's women's division is pretty weak with with storylines and AEW's women's division used to be by far the worst but is getting better. The women do their thing. A lot better than the WWE diva's non-wrestling women divas era.
They'll probably reference it, but it won't be like a full blown storyline like how they did Jeff Hardy.

but Shotzi is basically a more attractive version of Ruby Riot
Nox has never really established herself on NXT, is injury prone and doesnt have much of character outside of her feuds in NXT

Bayley was doing chain wrestling, which is basically when they're doing like the actual grappling, headlocks and wrist locks and shit, and blew her ACL. It was likely non-contact or probably landed weird.
