They suppose to test everyone unless that changed. It is a multi million dollar business.
It is important that we have our facts correct when making a comparison.
1. Phelps never tested positive for marijuana.
2. Phelps marijuana use was discovered AFTER the Olympics when a 'friend' posted a pic of him HOLDING a bong.
3. USA Swimming withdrew their financial support. Most people don't understand what a blow that is because hey have no idea of the cost associated with training at that high of a level of competition.
4. It is "saw" in the manner that you used it, not "seen".
