I feel bad for Kwame because confidence is everything in sports and he got his wrecked by MJ as a pup. Alot of players get their confidence tested when they get to college. You in high school and all the coaches kiss your ass, you make it to college and all of the sudden you aint shit. Alot of guys dont make it after that.
But, we consistently see in the NBA guys who put the time in will develop. The teams invest in the players and the players make enough money to develop their abilities year round.
