Don't cost nothing and makes them look even worse. Any lawyer will tell you that type of shit sways judges and juries.
PA doesn't have a stop and ID law.
You don't have to give ID unless u are being lawfully detained or already under arrest for a crime.
It's best to ask them....."am I being detained? And if so, under suspicion of what crime?"
At least this way u have them on record if their body cam is on or if u are recording.
Because if u had committed a crime already.....they wouldn't even be asking u for ID....they would just put u under arrest from the jump.
