Joe Biden is now POTUS

:fuckyousay:And just imagine, the GOP has another. Candidate that is just as ruthless and retarded. Waiting for their chance to fucking run for President.
And most likely they will lose again if someone else like trump pops up most of the country is not going down that road again I’m gonna tell you that right now.
I think Trump being an alleged billionaire and famous played a big part in him being elected. Despite voting for years of tax cuts for the wealthy, the base despises the wealthy. They're the real snowflakes, full of envy of whites who did better than them. Having someone like him come out and say racist shit plays to them, "see everyone thinks like us, even billionaires".

I hope your right. But america didnt learn its lesson from Bush 2.
74 million people voted for Trump. American still hasn't learned it lesson.
Republicans always have a chance of winning because unlike Democrat supporters or Democrat leaning folks. The right is always on the march and all it takes is just a small slip up and lower than expected turnout and they're right back in. It took a combination of things (covid, early voting, mail in voting) including Trump’s cognitive disorder/maglimania (which appealed to 74 million people) for him to lose. Trump would be heading into a second term if not for all of those things.

if im not mistaken......that Defense bill was veto proof wasnt it?
it was an 84-13 vote. i dont think he has the power to veto it. if he did.....congress can override the veto with a majority like that.
Perhaps they can, but will they really override his veto? The GOP members would have to go on record opposing him. I'd like to see that, because I think it would make the GA senate races more interesting.

i cant see the majority of the GOP backing a defense bill.......then voting not to override it if Trump vetoes it.
they'd be the biggest fuckin hypocrits ever. to vote for a bill once, then vote against the same unchanged bill the second time?
i mean i know they are spineless cowards, but if they did that, then it would be clear as ever.

He does have the power to veto the bill. We'll see if congress will override his veto.

I can because in my state the dumb ass republican legislators would vote with the dems on x bills, then the republican govenor would veto the bill, and the same republican legislators who voted for the bill. Didn’t vote to override the governor's veto. Never underestimate republicans hive mentality.
I'll wait and see what they do when the time comes.

I think theyd openly go against Trump vs the military. Whatever repub support theyll have left is all bout the military. No way they side with Trump on this.

This dude here

Yes it’s Veto proof and he already knows that, the Repubs won’t go against this to much money going to private defense companies who will give a cut back to them it’s a cycle that’s been going on for decades. Why you think both side are United against 45 pulling troop out of combat zones millions of dollars and he is fucking with it. Greed changes allegiances real quick
