They want the young guys to have Sexton's insane work ethic,which the did by drafting Isaac Okoro, who is Sexton's best friend,who has the same work ethic as Sexton.
Sexton almost scored 21 points per game yet basketball and Cavs fans always say he did it on a bad team. Never in my life averaging 21 points is a bad thing, especially for a second year player. There's only two players in his draft class that score more than Sexton and they play for the Mavericks and Hawks.
