Not really. That's the thing with legalized weed. Because it's still Schedule 1 with the Feds, they are cash only and can't make deposits in a bank. Currently, it would still be flagged as though it's money laundering.

I don't think there are circumstances that allow funds derived from transactions involving schedule 1 drugs to be deposited into FDIC institutions. Perhaps others will know and correct me.

Its not good, but how bad can it be? Biden has been around this block a few times, and usually in the room where things happen. I believe he can fill most of those positions nearly overnight. Whatever, whoever ends up doing the job does during the last days of tRump can likely be quickly undone as well.
