Listen the progressives need to relax I agree with majority of their stuff they are for but that I want my cake and eat it too Attitude is getting on my nerves.

This is why I've never 100% jumped on board with AOC. I absolutely agree with her most of the time but she and others like her have this sense of entitlement that many Liberals don't carry and that just kills it for me.

Progressive is just a rebranded name for liberal. No, what you see is the progressive side of the party (the minority), trying insert their will on the more moderate side (which is the majority of the party) . The moderate should not let the progressive control the party or the messaging.

Now you're acting brand new and pretending that you believe president have affect on people's lives. Your whole mantra was able voting for local candidates. So if you believe presidents have affect on people's lives, then why wouldn't you vote for president?
Your second mantra was talking about black folk being sheep and waiting for white folk to save us. So who are you going to get justice from?

Asians?
Latinos?

Which is why I made a thread about having more than two major parties. The progressives will split from the moderates and the fiscal conservatives will split from the evangelicals. Both parties will not be able to sustain opposing ideologies within their respected parties in future elections.

We need those seats so that we as black folk can pressure the government to do what we want because bitch Mitch will try an block everything if he still in control of the senate. We can't have another two to four years with that turtle road blocking progress.

Here's the thing about having more than two parties. Guess who controls that? The two parties...
In each state they control the rules and regulations on who, what, when, where, and how people are placed on the ballot. They also control the drawing of district maps. It's an uphill battle for a third party to make any inroads to becoming a threat.
In order for a third party to even have a chance you would need a major coordinated effort by a lot of people across this country to do write ins.

I agree with you. Still, retaking the senate seems like such an uphill goal. On the other hand so did Obama and now Kamala. :dunno::oops:
