SC doesn’t have a single city that is nearly as concentrated as GA’s.
Also, don’t looks at the percentages. Look at the raw numbers.
3.3 million blacks in Georgia.
1.3 million black in South Carolina
The top 3 cities in SC still doesn’t equal the population of the ATL metro by even 30%.
Plus, the ATL metro area has many liberal whites.
6 million total population in ATL metro alone.
5 million total in the entire state of South Carolina.
More than Half of all of GA’s population is in the ATL metro area.
