Right...IMO, I'm not a lawyer, But doesn't that open up other avenues? Such as Trump appointed Dejoy intentionally slowing down mails delivery and ignoring federal judes orders as a form of voter suppression in key states? That seems to be a lot easier to prove "right now" compared to dead people voting. Not to mention you'd have to look at dead people voting on all sides and in everything state.

Bob Casey was just on CNN with Don Lemon and he believes Biden wins PA by 150K votes. He seems very confident in the turnout from Philly and some of the surrounding suburbs....
I can't say for sure, but my vibe on this (and the other remaining states still in play) is that they are making sure that they have their numbers right. They know that as soon as they finalize or make any sort of official announcement, they will immediately get sieged by Trump lawyers. So they're crossing T's and dotting I's and making sure they haven't missed anything before they say more.

Regardless of what happens in GA, Nevad and Arizona, if Biden gets Pennsylvania, it's a wrap.
